v For contributions given to state officers, senators and representatives
v For contributions made to a state political party
v $50 per person
v $100 per couple
v Contributions made from July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 for 2013
v Contributions given during the calendar year for 2014
v Receipt will be sent to contributor
v Complete a Refund Application to receive money back
